Non-Carbon-Brush motor, the perfect combination between screw counter and electric screwdriver, and most fit for operating in clean-room circumstance.
Torque range from 1.5Kgf.cm~19Kgf.cm is medium & small-sized screwdrivers. Widespread and extensively applied by useds.
SKD-BE500 series is one compact of LED counter and electric screwdrivers. Two-color housing, easy to operate, suitably used on production line and effectively control numbers of fastening screws and operation quality.
The power controller can be selected SKP-32B-60W that is small size and easy to use. By the way, SKD-512LF and SKD-517LF must select power controller SKP-BE32HL.
Easy to setup, complete function, and user can setup the counter according to needs of work and leave system automatively to inspect the precision of fastening screws.
The system can setup Effective Count Number (SC), Automatic Zero (At), Start Detect Time (Lt), Stop Time (Ht), Double Confirm Time after Fastening (LL), Waiting Time between Two Screwdrivers. Professional designs for the needs of the users.
Autimatic Learning can complete necessary time from start to fasten, let user confirm whether it is an ideal fastening value.
Signal output by OUTPUT OKALL / N.G in the screwdrivers, open collector. The user can slect another wire to connect PLC if necessary.
If start time doesn't stop as over Ht time, that means stripped or wrong screw; if start time stops before Lt time, that means the screws stuck or wrong. This function can effectively determine whether screw fastening is right or wrong.
After setting up screws fastening, shut-off can be confirmed just one time during pre-ser time.

SKP-BC32HL Screw Counter has taken into consideraion of practicability and availability for user to operate it more convenient.

SKP-BC32HL adds an Auto-Learning function which allows user to operate it under the circumstance of unknown screw length and electirc screwdrivers' rotation speed, or user needs to fasten screws with slow-start function at the same time, SKP-BC32HL can perform built-in learning function which makes Screw Counter to determine the best setting value for your screw fastening job.

Features

Slow-Start function is able to set rotation speed and timing, it allows electric screwdriver to start under very low speed and stop at a normal speed.
Selectable auto-reset retrieval or manual reset retrieval for setting screw count.
SKP-BC32HL enhances the auto-identifying screw fastening time mode, allow user to aim at simulating the duration of specific screw fastening.
Displaying the number of unfinished screw count, user can add external sensor switch to prevent any operation error from overlooking screws job. Buzzer sounds automatically while fastening job is done as screw setting number to notify user the job is accomplished. Internal signal for detecting screw count is also able to connect external device.
SKP-BC32HL is capable of equipping with output and input signal, such function is suitable for semi or full automatic assembly line to keep operator from improper operation and make an accurate circulation through the signal of sensor.
Enable to connect with external PLC system to streamline production line.Calculate the screws numbers to be fastened by fastened by computer to avoid any unnecessary neglect of screw fastening.
SKP-BC32HL provides with +32V/+20V of DC voltage, if user requires such power source, it can be connected to V+ and COM terminal, and then connect to controlling PLC.
